Proactive Freestyle Martial Arts is based on principles from Martial Arts worldwide. Boxing, Karate, Muay Thai, Kali and Grappling are blended into one unique, effective self defence based discipline.

Teaching Style

Proactive instructors break down skills so it’s easy for you to learn. You will be amazed at how quickly & easily you will instinctively & naturally use your new skills.

Developing Fitness

No, Training is progressive in nature, as your skills develop so too will your fitness and conditioning.

Experience in other styles

Proactive Instructors respect all arts and especially those who venture into ‘new’ territory. Proactive recognize prior learning with members from a variety of differing styles.

Regular training for great progress

Depending your specific goals training twice weekly is recommended. Most private students supplement their training with ‘homework’ or better still enjoy our regular classes to fast track their progress.

7:15pm – 8:05pm

Advanced:
8:00pm – 9:00pm

Tuesday

Intermediate:
7:00pm – 7:50pm

Advanced:
7:45pm – 8:35pm

Wednesday

Beginners:
6:30pm – 7:20pm

Intermediate / Advanced:
7:15pm – 8:15pm

Thursday

Intermediate / Open:
7:45pm – 8:35pm

Saturday

Intermediate / Advanced:
10:45pm – 11:35pm

Beginners:
11:30pm – 12:15pm
