Suitable for all fitness levels – from beginners to athletes, Cardio Kickboxing will bring out your best!

Cardio Kickboxing – fitness for teens and adults

Proactive Cardio Kickboxing classes are fitness and conditioning workout sessions focusing on aerobic and anaerobic fitness.
Utilizing timed circuit, including bags, focus pads, Thai pads & kick bag drills you’ll be pushing yourself to the max with our simple high rep, high energy fat burning and toning exercises.

The classes also incorporate cross training strength exercises using dumbbells, medicine balls, bands, water bags, plyometrics and body strength to develop your endurance and core strength.

Our qualified trainers ensure each participant improves fitness, skill development and enjoyment with classes that are fun and high energy.

Wraps or fingerless mitts are recommended and you will need a water bottle and towel – you’re going to sweat!
