Open Gym Training

Take your fitness to a next-level workout in our fun, friendly fully equipped Proactive gym!

Develop your fitness and conditioning through aerobic and anaerobic training, at your own pace and in your own time.

Proactive Open Gym

Proactive Open Gym is a open training session, available Monday-Thursday from 4pm as well as our special Combat Open Gym on Saturdays, where you can work at your own pace on a variety of cardio, resistance, strength and combat sports equipment circuit.

Do your own thing or use our template Circuit cards designed for everyone, regardless of past experience or fitness levels.

Note there is no sparring during this time (for you and your partners safety) unless you have an instructor booked to supervise.
