BJJ Grappling is a mixture of Judo and Jiu Jitsu which enhances your coordination, strength, and decision-making.
BJJ can be done with or without gi, however our classes run exclusively as no gi. It is a great adjunct to Muay Thai Kickboxing (MTK). Our group classes, private sessions and workshops provide a fun and safe approach to learning and applying skills, mastery of technique, and promote positive growth and self-awareness.
