Cardio Kickboxing

Proactive Cardio Kickboxing workout combines some of our favourite Muay Thai moves with a high intensity interval cross training strength exercises. Push your body to the limit!

Burn calories, tone muscles, and get fighting fit while working at your own pace! All abilities welcome.

Cardio Kickboxing for teens and adults

Cardio Kickboxing classes are fitness and conditioning workout sessions focusing on aerobic and anaerobic fitness.
Utilising timed circuit, including bags, focus pads, Thai pads & kick bag drills you’ll be pushing yourself to the max with our high repetition, high energy fat burning and toning exercises.

The classes incorporate cross training strength exercises using dumbbells, medicine balls, bands, and water bags, as well as two-person drills to develop endurance and core strength.

Our qualified trainers motivate each participant to improve fitness, develop skills, push themselves, and most importantly have fun!

Wraps or fingerless mitts are recommended. Bring a water bottle and towel – you’re going to sweat!
