Cage Fitness is a fun and safe MMA based whole body workout, combining aerobic and anaerobic exercise to burn fat, gain muscle, and have a good time! Suitable for all fitness and skill levels.

For beginners to seasoned fitness junkies

The best part about Cage Fitness is that it caters to people at all levels of fitness. If you’re new to fitness, don’t be intimidated to have a go. Work at your own pace!

Individuals can customise their workout by adjusting their intensity level to best suit their personal fitness goals. Each 5 minute round incorporates both aerobic and anaerobic exercises that will help maximise not only burning fat but also gaining muscle.

Cage Fitness is endorsed and tested by 9 time Welterweight UFC Champion Matt Hughes and certified personal trainer Kai Fusser who has trained athletes such as Annika Sorenstam (golf), NBA All Star Grant Hill, Darin Shapiro (X Games), and many more.
